2012's were on fire!

Youth Pond Hockey Festival - King Pine Ski Resort

The Pack took on the Youth Pond Hockey Festival the last weekend in January. Our 2011 and 2012 teams went up and competed in a 4x4 format with no goalies and had a blast. It was all about bringing it back to why we all started skating, just pure joy. It was all for a great cause as well! Check out www.thelaurafoundation.org for more info!

We are proud to announce we are now a full chartered member of the PHL of New England. We look forward to partnering with them as we continue to grow and learn.

McBrearty Family - Moyamoya Awareness

We were able to continue with the "Pack Gives Back" program last year, but this time, concentrating on some of our own! We continue to strive to be more than just a hockey organization...and think of ourselves as a family. Last year came with many challenges, not only for our community, but for those right in our program. We were excited to help! Here's what our Pack was able to do last season.

5K for MoyaMoya Awareness
- One of our Pack was diagnosed with Moyamoya, a rare disease in which certain arteries in the brain are constricted. We decided to organize a 5K to help raise funds for the family as they dealt with this news. News spread of this amazing family and the 5K was a great success! #keeganspack
Breast Cancer Awareness
- One of our Pack was diagnosed with Breast Cancer this year. We wanted to make sure that she knew she wasn't fighting alone, so a t-shirt fundraiser was organized. In this Pack, we fight together! #teamkelly

We look forward to being able to work within our community as well as the organization again this season so we can continue to have an impact in our area. Please contact us if you have ideas or are in need of any support!

October kicks off Breast Cancer Awareness Month and as part of the Pack Gives Back program the Wachusett Wolf Pack and Wolf Pups will be selling carnation bouquets. The bouquets will be available from today through October 15th and will be hand delivered by the players during the week of October 21st. Each bouquet will include a dozen pink carnations, an in person player delivery, and the chance to get your photo with your favorite player!

If you are interested in purchasing a bouquet or just interested in donating to the cause please contact your local Wolfpack or Wolfpup player and they will be happy to assist with your order. The cost will be $20 per bouquet.

All proceeds will be donated to Dana Farber's E.M.B.R.A.C.E Program

**Fundraising Efforts Update**

The Wachusett WolfPack would like thank everyone involved in helping make this a very successful first event for the Pack Gives Back program. A special thanks to all the moms (dads) for organizing and coordinating this entire fundraising exercise.

It is with great pleasure that the Wolfpack would like to announce a final fundraising grand total of $2,155 for the Dana Farber EMBRACE program. This is a program near and dear to multiple members of the Wolfpack family so it was extra special to be able to present this check as an entire program.
